The measurement of yarn tension, the detection and analysis of defects/irregularities (neps, slubs, filament in excess or lacking, yarn missing...), the count of twists/shagginess, the possibility of measuring the length of collected yarn and of defining a target, are fundamental requirements to guarantee a complete quality control of any production process.
The BTSR sensors/quality control systems division develops and manufactures a wide range of flexible solutions which provide an accurate measurement of yarn parameters, in order to assure the best quality of yarn/process used.
