'Image Variation' Technology (BTSR patent)
The 'Image Variation' patented technique, allows monitoring the yarn running/stop status, by analyzing its profile and detecting its image variation inside a wide reading area. The sensors control in "touch-less", non invasive way, the running/stop status of the yarn, without affecting the tension characteristics of the yarn itself.

An Advanced Programming and Control Terminal ('SMART')
The sensors installed on textile machine are fully programmable and they are managed by the Programming and Control SMART Terminal, which ensures a complete process control, as well as an accurate collection of all individual and global data about efficiency/yarn breakages..
