SMART 200 TTS
SMART 200TTS控制终端和IS3W TTS系列感应器构成的系统是BTSR专门为精确控制和计算纱线气圈（balloon）而开发的，用于纱线准备工艺，包括用于轮胎帘线、地毯、缝纫线的卷纱机和捻线机，这些机器在产品加工过程中需要更有针对性的纱线质量控制。
SMART 200 TTS方案用于在两根纱线捻纱过程中控制和识别异常，并立刻停止机器位置，通过扭转控制（SMART200-TTS配置）和气圈控制（SMART200-TBS配置）实现。
主要优势
SMART200-TTS配置中，IS3W-TTS感应器凭借复杂的专利控制技术，能够侦测移动中纱线的图像变化并控制其质量。
感应器能够计算每秒扭转数，因此，通过纱线收线速度控制，能够计算每米扭转数（TPM）和每英寸扭转数（TPI），如果之前设置的允差值偏离加工侦测值，则会停止位置。
此外，可以确切识别缺少一根或多根纱线、存在纤维断裂、毛糙或其他异常情形。
SMART200-TTS编程和控制终端能够管理多达200个感应器。连接感应器时，使用多接口缆线，显著降低安装成本，极大简化机器布线。
