IS3W & IS3N SENSORS

The IS3W (Wide) and IS3N (Narrow) series devices are electronic sensors capable of detecting, through a sophisticated patented control technique, the image variation of a running yarn put under control, indicating with absolute certainty the relevant running or stationary condition of the yarn itself.

The image variation technique makes this sensor typology free from environment/yarn conditions, such as humidity, conductivity and machine vibrations and does not require any direct contact with the yarn put under control, thus allowing a perfect monitoring, without affecting the tension characteristics of the yarn itself.

MAIN BENEFITS

This sensor typology provides two light signalings (upper green LED and lower red LED) to indicate the control and alarm conditions.

IS3W (IS3N) devices are fully programmable for an easy adaptation to any yarn/application control.

The IS3W and IS3N devices are exclusive technological solutions which do not require complex wiring and long installation times, thanks to the use of a multi-connector cable.

These sensors can be effectively used in different applications, thanks to the availability of a wide range of accessories.

The "Touch Light" function enables a fast and easy use of the optical button throughout the various procedures.
