MATRIX TOUCH TEX & IS3F/TS- IS3F2/TSL
MATRIX TOUCH TEX & IS3F/TS represents the BTSR solution designed for an advanced production control on yarn preparation processes (winding, coupling, copsing, texturizing, interlacing machines,..).
This system is composed of the new MATRIX TOUCH TEX Touch-Screen Programming / Control Terminal which can be combined with a variable number (up to 200) of IS3F/TS (or IS3F2/TSL) yarn break sensors connected to the terminal using a single multi-port interface cable.
MAIN BENEFITS
MATRIX TOUCH TEX Terminal simplifies and optimizes the sensors' programming, the system configuration and the production monitoring. Specifically, it allows the definition in advance of up to 99 different 'articles' (each 'article' is characterized by specific sensor detection features according to the applicative process needs).
MATRIX TOUCH TEX allows quick and easy programming (and reprogramming) of the sensors, by simply communicating the name of the 'article' to the sensor (or to a specific set of sensors on the machine), which they will have to detect. The system is able to monitor up to 10 different articles at a time.
Furthermore, during the production monitoring phase the system stores all the technical faults each sensor found, allowing the machine operator to realize an accurate analysis on type and numbers of technical faults detected by each individual sensor.
IS3F/TS (IS3F2/TSL) Sensors
The electronic sensors IS3F/TS , thanks to a sophisticated patented technique, are able to measure and control the image variation of a running yarn put under inspection, indicating with absolute accuracy the relevant running or stop condition of the yarn itself.
This device is free from environmental conditions, fully programmable and easily adaptable to the control of any type of yarn without count/typology restrictions.
BTSR has developed a special IS3F2/TSL sealed model capable of ensuring total protection (IP67 Certification) in the most extreme environment conditions (oil, dust, water and dirty resistant -).

Thanks to the bidimensional analysis through optical lens/ceramic unit, you may perform the yarn control either with yarn-lens contact (self-cleaning) or positioning the yarn within the wide reading area (8 mm) without any yarn-lens conctact (touch-less). |
